Due to the resounding success of Briggs Office Park Phase I, the client asked us to proceed with phase II. With the exception of its area and distribution of the module, the formula remained intact. The greatest challenge of the 22,200 sq. ft. building was to connect phase II visually and conceptually to phase I. i.e. creating a complex. The basic design remained the same, including the architectural precast concrete of the façades. Most of the subcontractors and goods providers involved in phase I returned for phase II, resulting in improved performance and keeping costs down. Briggs Office Park Phases I and II became the catalysts for subsequent medical and economical development of the entire area.

Scope of work: design, construction
